CBD vs Cannabis Oil
Is CBD oil legal?
With growing interest and success stories of healing illnesses with CBD oil, I wanted to share the knowledge that I share with my friends often, so here's the facts I have learnt:

Firstly, there's CBD oil. This has CBD only in it, is legal in the UK (click here for a list of all countries it is legal in), and doesn't give the high psychological effects. The other type contains CBD and THC as active ingredients. It does have psychological high effects and is legal in some countries, but not in the UK (click here for a list of all countries it is legal in). Some people confuse the two and think the one with CBD only has the same healing properties for conditions such as cancer, but this is not the case. What are the Healing Properties?
CBD OIL
Let's cover the first type of CBD oil as described above. This has many health benefits and there are many testimonials of it having a huge list of healing benefits. Here's just a few conditions people have claimed it treats:
Anxiety and depression
Skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis
Pain relief from conditions of chronic pain or inflammation
Arthritis
Inflammation and autoimmunity disorders
Epileptic seizures

Promotes heart health

CANNABIS OIL
This is the oil many people globally have reportedly cured their cancer with and there is mounting pressure for this to be legalised and offered as a standard treatment to patients. My experience with this was initially through treating my mum's cancer with this. You can read more about this here.
