Reiki
Reiki is Japanese for 'Universal Life Energy'. It is a term that describes a system of natural healing that was developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui. Reiki balances life energy and enables the body's natural ability to heal itself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I am a UK Reiki Federation Master/Teacher that practices Traditional Japanese Reiki, Five Element Reiki, Reiki & Crystals, Seichim Healing, Celtic Reiki and the new and exciting Reiki Drum Technique that takes the practice of energy healing to a whole new level.
All these styles of Reiki use the universal life energy but each system focuses the energy in a specific way. I enhance treatments with the use of vibrational essences and subtle aromatherapy in the form of an aroma aura balance to provide a truly holistic Reiki treatment.

Traditional Japanese Reiki
This is the traditional Japanese method of Reiki in which the practitioner intuitively uses a number of different techniques including scanning the body with their hands to detect energetic imbalances, the laying of hands on parts of the body that need healing, gentle massage of the torso arms and legs to increase blood circulation, light tapping, stroking and blowing of specific areas to bring balance, harmony and improve health and wellbeing.
Five Element Reiki
The theory of the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Water and Metal) is the foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is used in Five Element Reiki to interpret energetic balance within the human body and mental/emotional functioning. During a Five Element Reiki treatment the energy is checked and balanced in the elemental organs and their associated meridians (energetic pathways). This focused Reiki treatment can bring harmony to deep-seated physical, mental, emotional and spiritual imbalances. Elemental Essences of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water are also used to support this powerful type of Reiki treatment.
Reiki & Crystals Chakra Balance
This treatment combines Reiki and the healing power of Crystals to bring energetic balance to the seven main and some of the minor chakras. Balancing these vital energy centres can have many benefits including, improved wellbeing, enhanced concentration, increased energy and vitality, deeper levels of relaxation and raised levels of consciousness. The treatment also includes a soothing aroma aura massage that cleanses the energetic field that surrounds the physical body, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed with a sense of enhanced wellness. Chakra and Crystal Essences are also used to support this gentle and natural type of Reiki treatment.
Seichim
Seichim is an ancient Egyptian form of channelled healing energy that is said to be the parent energy of all hands on healing systems. It is similar to Reiki but its high feminine vibrational energy focuses on the heart, which is why it is known and experienced as the energy of ‘all love’. This nurturing system of natural healing supports the body's ability to heal itself on all levels and promotes deep feelings of unconditional love that supports emotional wellbeing. Angel and Crystal Essences are also used to support this loving type of Reiki treatment.
Celtic Reiki
Celtic Reiki beautifully combines the healing power of nature with the ancient wisdom of the Celts. It brings together a variety of techniques based on Celtic ritual and the vibrational energies from nature. This treatment can be used to bring balance to a range of mental and emotional issues that affect health and wellbeing and can also be used achieve goals. It is excellent for regaining the connecting to nature, as it harnesses the energetic frequencies of trees and plants and is also excellent for grounding the energy system. Forest and Crystal Essences are also used to support this earth-energy type of Reiki Treatment.
Reiki Drum
This type of treatment combines the life-force energy of Reiki with the ancient vibrational healing power of the drum. The client can choose from 3 different types of Reiki Drum Techniques that can release deep-seated physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energetic imbalances to help bring their body, mind and soul back to a state of optimum wellness. Shamanic Plant Essences are used to support this very powerful type of Reiki treatment.
Reiki Drum Healing - This technique uses both the drum and Reiki energy to promote deep healing, as these vibrations increase heart rate, blood flow, brain activity, relieves stress and emotional trauma, boosts the immune system and production of the body’s own natural painkillers and accelerates physical healing.
Reiki Drum Journey- This ground breaking technique is uses the drum and life-force energy to induce states of deep relaxation and altered states of consciousness, so you can safely reconnect with yourself and the world around you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Mental/Emotional Healing- This technique use the drum and the power of positive affirmations to overcome negative mental and emotional patterns of behaviour that are limiting your life and can also be used to support goal achievement to enable you to be all that you can be.

Receiving Reiki
This is a very relaxing and soothing experience for the client, which enables some people to fall into a deep healing sleep. Reiki can sometimes be felt as a warm sensation or tingling in the body. Some people also see colours during a state of deep relaxation. These powerful but deeply relaxing treatments last for 1 hour.

All types of Reiki are £30 an hour. Fees are payable on the day in cash, or by cheque.

Fees include your FREE personal Wellbeing Plan if you have a minimum of 3 sessions. This will be based on the information given during your initial consultation and our professional knowledge.
