Crystal Therapy
Crystals have been used throughout the ages for their healing properties by many different cultures. They have a unique vibrational energy that can bring balance to the human energy system to improve mental, emotional, physical or spiritual wellbeing.
Everything around us vibrates at a particular frequency due to the movement of atoms. Your vibrations constantly change, if you feel happy your frequency is quite high but when you worry your frequency goes down. Crystals are natural energy amplifiers that are used to raise your vibrational frequency and clear energy imbalances.
Treatment
During a Crystal Therapy treatment various crystals are placed on or around a fully clothed person to induce deep relaxation, release stress and pain, and promote energy balance within the physical and subtle bodies.
This deeply relaxing treatment takes around an hour. It includes assessment of the client's energy field with a crystal pendulum to locate subtle energy imbalances. The use of crystal wands to gently massage specific points on the face and hands to clear and direct the flow of energy. The use of crystal discs to increase the vibrational frequency of the energy system placed on sites of pain, on acupuncture points or meridians, or on subtle energy vortexes called chakras. The natural power of crystals and Reiki enhance healing and bring balance. The treatment ends with a soothing aroma massage using essential oils to cleanse the aura, the energetic field that surrounds the physical body, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed with a sense of enhanced wellbeing.
Crystal Prescriptions
After or between treatments it may be recommended that you wear or carry a certain crystal to support the healing that has taken place during the treatment. For example Amythest is good for the emotions and the spirit while Smoky Quartz is an effective pain reliever.
It may also benefit you to take a crystal remedy which is spring water that has been charged with a specific crystal and Reiki energy.
Costs
This relaxing and energy balancing treatment is £30 an hour. This can be paid on the day in cash, or by cheque. Any recommended crystal essences are £5.00 per bottle.

Fees include your FREE personal Wellbeing Plan if you have a minimum of 3 sessions. This will be based on the information given during your initial consultation and our professional knowledge.
